We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee the business development efforts for both TLD (Development Services) and TKC (Construction Management Services). This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively promote and sell our development services, construction services, and project management solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will capitalize on the synergies between these areas to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: · New Business Development:

o Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

o Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

o Prospect and qualify potential clients, making cold calls and setting meetings to present company offerings.

· Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

o Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that align with their requirements.

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.

· Proposal Preparation and Negotiation:

o Prepare customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

o Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.

· Market Intelligence:

o Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.

o Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

· Collaboration and Leadership:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.

o Lead and mentor junior members of the business development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the development and construction industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of development services, construction management, and project management processes. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is an asset.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present complex information and negotiate with clients.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

· Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
