Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated part-time Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Ensure all content is consistent with QCC's culture and mission.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation to work independently and flexibility to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Professional experience in social media management
- Ability to work 20 hours per week and special events, with flexibility in scheduling.
