Job Overview :

As the Marketing Manager at Homepatible, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and ensuring its successful execution. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in home services, with a particular emphasis on Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry and consumer behavior, enabling them to create targeted and impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy :

   • Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals and strategies that align with Homepatible's business objectives.
   • Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and other relevant channels.
   • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

2. Brand Management :

   • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
   • Work with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.
   • Uphold and promote Homepatible's brand values and messaging in all communications.

3. Content Development :

   • Oversee the creation of compelling and informative content for various platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email marketing.
   • Leverage expertise in home services, particularly Air Conditioning, to produce engaging and valuable content for the target audience.

4. Digital Marketing :

   • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
   • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

5. Customer Engagement :

   • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the home services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Air Conditioning services and the broader home services market.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
