As a Benefits Representative with us, you'll play a pivotal role in remotely assisting union members to secure supplemental benefit plans, ensuring the well-being of their families beyond conventional coverage. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with new and existing clients, tailoring benefit plans to suit individual needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Customize benefit plans to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Enroll union and association members in exclusive benefits programs.
• Deliver attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, performing necessary updates.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your team members.
