Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our remote clinical team.

The ideal candidate will provide compassionate patient care and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

*This is a remote position.
*Preferred RPM experience*
*Preferred Nurses with compact license (allowed to work in multiple states) (preferred states: Texas, Virginia, Florida, Louisiana)

Duties:

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vitals. Working Red, Orange and Yellow Alerts
- Creating accurate daily notes - Advanced Progress Notes and Advanced Encounter Notes
- Create accurate Monthly Notes- Progress Notes, Encounter Notes, Med Reconciliations.
- Auditing and Signing Notes/Documents
- Following Care Orders from Clinics and collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Calling to educate patients and their families on health management
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid RN license (or compact license) in the state of practice: (Texas, Virginia, Florida, or Louisiana is any state we would accept)
- Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
