Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing & Marketing Focus)

Location: In-Office | Washington, MO

Industry: Healthcare Recruiting | Employment Type: Full-Time (32 hours a week)

myDermRecruiter, a nationally recognized leader in dermatology recruitment, is looking for a  Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS)to join our  Washington, Missouri office.

This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to support the early stages of the recruiting process — from researching candidates and practices to sending out targeted marketing campaigns. You'll play a vital role in helping our recruiters succeed, without the pressure of managing interviews or offers.

What This Role  Is :

• A sourcing and marketing position focused on identifying potential candidates and clients
• An entry into the world of recruiting — you’ll learn our tools, systems, and processes
• A chance to contribute meaningfully without needing to be on the phone all day

What This Role  Is Not :

• You will  not schedule interviews or negotiate job offers
• You will  not handle the full recruiting process — you’ll pass candidates off to recruiters after an initial screen

Your Responsibilities:

Right Away:

• Research and enter new candidate and company records into our system
• Send prewritten job and candidate marketing campaigns via email and text
• Assist recruiters by identifying candidates for high-priority jobs
• Verify contact information for clients and prospects (sometimes via phone)
• Support the team by keeping data clean, organized, and up to date

As You Grow Into the Role:

• Reach out to candidates to gather updated details or gauge interest
• Perform basic screenings to determine if a candidate is a potential match
• Pass screened candidates to recruiters using our internal tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable using online tools and databases
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Willing to learn and grow within a recruiting support role
• Previous experience in healthcare, recruiting, or administrative support is helpful but not required
