The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or tech environments and excels at building strong teams while managing recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Drive high-volume recruitment efforts with a focus on manufacturing or technical roles.

• Utilize e-recruitment platforms and tools to efficiently identify and engage top talent.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support future hiring needs.

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

• Work closely with operations to align recruitment strategies with capacity management goals.

• Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse candidates, if applicable.

• Implement best practices in operations management to enhance recruitment processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within manufacturing or technology industries.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as e-recruitment platforms and Office SharePoint Server.
• Strong knowledge of operations management and capacity planning.
• Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive improvement.
• Experience in onboarding processes and building scalable teams.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.
