Job Overview Holtec Advanced Manufacturing Division in Camden, NJ seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control in precision manufacturing. The role drives continuous improvement, implements the QMS, oversees inspections, supports regulatory compliance, and mentors a team of inspectors and engineers. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the division’s Quality Management System (QMS). Oversee inspection and testing activities, including NDE, dimensional inspection, and final product verification. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ISO 9001, NQA-1) and customer requirements. Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Develop and monitor quality metrics; report to senior leadership. Supervise and mentor quality inspectors and engineers. Support qualification and certification programs, e.g., SNT‑TC‑1A for NDE personnel. Maintain documentation per regulatory and company standards. Represent quality in customer and regulatory audits and surveillance. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or high school diploma with seven years of QA experience; or ten years of QA experience. Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in corrective action analysis, root cause investigation, and nonconformance management. Knowledge of applicable codes (10CFR21, 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA‑1, ISO 9000, ASME Section III & VIII). Strong management and supervisory skills. Knowledge of NDE methods and equipment. Qualification aligned with SNT‑TC‑1A standards for NDE personnel. Ability to coach and develop team members.
