Need 2 PC Technician in Oakdale, MN 55128 [10 min (7.4 mi) away from St. Paul, MN] (3 days/week)
(Schedule is 2 days/week (Any 2 days among Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) from 08:00-16:30 local time) This is the engagement to start with 2 days/week and might increase to 3 days/week over time. It is the intention to have the technician on-site the same weekday every week. The exact days have not yet been decided, but I'm assuming this should be on either Monday+ Tuesday or Monday+Thursday of Tuesday+Thursday based on the original request."

Mission
The successful candidate will be a pivotal part of the IT service delivery team, primarily responsible for providing top-tier assistance to end users at the office in Oakdale as well as to field-based employees in the wider Europe, Africa & Middle East region. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of tasks, ranging from technical troubleshooting to managing the delivery of services from third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We are looking for a versatile and driven individual who thrives in a multitasking environment and is eager to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support to end users for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving ICT issues.
• Manage and oversee the delivery of services by a third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring seamless integration and operation of ICT solutions.
• Provide on-site support for local infrastructure (network, video conferencing, printers).
• Administer and manage Microsoft Cloud (SaaS/PaaS) environments, including M365 and Azure platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Handle licensing administration and asset management, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization of software and hardware resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support ICT projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall improvement of IT infrastructure and services.
• Document processes and maintain comprehensive records of ICT operations, incidents, and resolutions.
Required Skillset
Technical Skills:
• Demonstrable expertise in managing and troubleshooting M365 and Azure environments.
• Proficient in networking principles and technologies (Cisco), with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Experience in licensing administration and asset management.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively within a multi-cultural environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking (Cisco), or other relevant areas are highly desirable.
