Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

· Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
· Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
· Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
· Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and maintenance of orthodontic appliances.
· Collaborate with other dental professionals within the practice to ensure coordinated care and excellent patient

Qualifications:

You will be required to possess the following:

· DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
· Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
· Board certification or eligibility for board certification in orthodontics.
· Active state dental license in Ohio.
· Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthodontic procedures.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
