Japanese Real Estate Agency is seeking a Japanese Speaking Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ordering and managing office equipment, supplies, and office supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Office management
Arranging and managing company vehicles (including support for employees and dealing with insurance companies and related companies in case of accidents or repairs)
Document creation
Organizing employee benefits (i.e. search available corporate discount plan at stores.)
Planning internal events
Facility and equipment management
Office security management
IT support tasks (responding to employee inquiries - Help Desk)
Setting up and managing company PCs, tablets, and mobile phones for employees
IT asset management
Handling IT incidents

Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software and IT systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be bilingual in Japanese (Native level) and English (Business level)
Must be able to commute to the office every weekday. (This position is ONSITE only, no other options)
