SmartTalent is currently hiring a Receptionist in the Tacoma area. Ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers and clients.
PAY: $20 - $22/hourly

ABOUT THE JOB:
This position serves customers, visitors, and employees alike by delivering exceptional customer service by supporting office operations and front desk activities. You will be handling tasks such as answering multi-line phone system, directing callers to appropriate personnel, greet everyone with a positive and helpful attitude. Directs guests, order supplies as needed, organizes conference rooms, mailroom, and provides support where needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESONSIBILITIES:
· Maintains office safety by following security procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing badges to all visitors. Validates visitors are authorized before they gain entry to the facilities. Validates visitor parking and disbursement of quarterly parking passes.
· Coordinates any maintenance service requests.
· Maintains professional appearance of conference rooms, training rooms, and kitchen by tidying areas as necessary and reporting maintenance concerns.
· Daily maintenance of filling copiers, coffee machines and dishwashers.
· Reviews and codes HR and IT invoices in a timely manner
· Creates purchase order requisitions for IT.
· Sort mail, assists and support departments and colleagues
· Other duties as assigned
