Schedule :
- Fixed hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (12 hours per week)
- Additional flexible hours for occasional babysitting as needed.
We are a busy family of eight seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our household as a House Cleaner and Nanny. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in a large home, providing occasional childcare support, and assisting with various household
Key Responsibilities :
- Thorough cleaning and upkeep of a large home, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathrooms, and general tidying.
- **Laundry**: Regularly managing laundry for a large family, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
- Putting away groceries on a weekly basis.
- Occasional deep cleaning and organization projects.
- General outdoor pickup and light cleaning in garden and seating areas.
- Basic care for household pets, including cats (feeding, litter box maintenance) and light tasks for chickens and sheep (feeding, general upkeep).
- Interior cleaning of vehicles.
- Occasional babysitting duties on an as-needed basis.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the family.
- It's a plus if you have experience with cooking or meal prep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional house cleaning.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and consistent.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Comfortable with light outdoor cleaning and maintenance.
- Comfortable caring for pets and handling light animal-related tasks.
- Experience in childcare is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation :
- Competitive pay of $20 per hour with fixed hours guaranteed.
