As a key member of our support team, you’ll be the first line of communication for users reaching out. You’ll handle email-based inquiries related to missing rewards, eligibility questions, and general app support. Your mission? Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate responses—140–180 emails per day—while helping us improve the user experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 📩 Responding to customer emails via Intercom using macros and quick parts (with thoughtful edits)
• 🧩 Investigating missing or ineligible rewards and working with users to resolve issues
• 🔍 Performing internal admin tasks and quality assurance reviews of customer interactions
• 📚 Staying current on app policies, promotions, and procedures
• 🤝 Collaborating with product, tech, and support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• 🧠 Updating knowledge bases and FAQs to empower users with self-service tools

🧠 What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)
• Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)
• Familiarity with online shopping, internet navigation, and keyboard shortcuts
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
• 55+ WPM typing speed

🏢 Work Environment

• Location : Downtown Beloit Campus – Explore the space
• Training : 1 week, M–F, 8:30am–5pm (loose structure—flexibility is key!)
• Future Shift Options :
  • 930am-6pm Monday - Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
