Location: Elite Dentistry, Georgia

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:45 am - 2:00 pm

Position Overview:
Elite Dentistry is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient insurance operations within the office. This role involves working directly with insurance providers, patients, and our team to support accurate and timely claim submissions and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for dental treatments.
• Claims Management: Submit claims accurately and follow up on any outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Claims Corrections: Identify and correct errors in claims when necessary.
• Payment Processing: Receive and post insurance payments accurately, updating patient records as needed.
• Patient and Insurance Communication: Communicate with patients and insurance companies to clarify coverage and answer questions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a dental office insurance role.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, terminology, and claims procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
