SYVO is looking for a Web Designer who combines creativity with precision and strong communication skills. This role involves not only creating elegant, industry-aligned designs but also collaborating directly with clients and internal teams to bring projects to life. You’ll work closely with our account management, development, and marketing departments - helping interpret requests, create design solutions, and ensure consistent, high-quality results across all digital projects. Responsibilities Create clean, modern, and elegant web designs that reflect our clients’ brands and industry standards. Collaborate with internal departments - account management, development, and marketing. Organize and manage your own workload effectively, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. Contribute to UI and UX design for SYVO’s internal applications and tools when needed. Track and manage design tasks through project management platforms (e.g., Jira). Participate in client calls to understand design goals, feedback, and project scope. Requirements Proficient inFigma(primary), with working knowledge ofPhotoshopandIllustrator. Proven experience in web design with a clean and elegant aesthetic. Strong understanding of UI and UX principles . General understanding of HTML and CSS to ensure designs are realistic and development-ready. Familiar with project management tools such as Jira . Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English — comfortable joining client calls. Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
