Responsibilities: • Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Update customer information in the database.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas.

Qualifications: • Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
• 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role, is a plus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
• Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Familiarity with our products/services is a plus.
