What Our Veterinary Receptionists/Assistants Bring We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a veterinary receptionist, assistant, or similar role
- Is reliable, organized, and proactive
- Can multitask in a busy, team-focused environment
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and genuine love for animals
- Enjoys contributing ideas, learning, and growing alongside a supportive team
What You'll Do You'll be the friendly, dependable face that helps keep our hospital running smoothly-both at the front desk and alongside our medical team. Your day may include:
- Let your passion for excellent patient care shine - every day
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking clients in/out
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and exam area
- Supporting the medical team by assisting with patient handling and care
- Stocking supplies, restocking rooms, and helping with light cleaning and laundry
- Providing information and reassurance to clients during visits
- Communicating with warmth, clarity, and confidence
