In this role, you'll have the chance to review credit applications, contribute to daily operations, and help shape our relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Review credit applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Play a pivotal role in structuring decisions to enhance profitability and foster positive relationships.
Evaluate automobile applications submitted by our valued clients, emphasizing quick responses and quality approvals.
Exceed performance targets, including return on equity (ROE), volume, and conversion ratios, by leveraging your skills and expertise.
Engage with clients through sales calls, providing exceptional service and support.
Offer timely and accurate responses to both internal and external inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in credit analysis, ideally in the auto finance industry.
Proficiency in reviewing credit bureau reports and making informed decisions.
Strong understanding of consumer credit and relevant federal and state regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge of indirect loan and lease programs, coupled with familiarity with banking products and services.
Excellent analytical skills, complemented by outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with proven leadership qualities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage and persuade effectively.
Demonstrated judgment and decisiveness, essential for thriving in a dynamic environment.
Additional Details:
This is a work-from-home position, with candidates required to reside in the California market.
