Job Title: Sales Engineer / Presenter Position Summary: The Sales Engineer / Presenter for Ecamsecure will play a key role in the pre-sales process by combining deep technical expertise with strong communication and presentation skills. This individual will work closely with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations, articulate technical solutions, and help close deals by addressing customer needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities: - Technical Pre-Sales Support:
- Work alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of Ecamsecure to potential clients, showcasing how the product meets their needs.
- Provide technical expertise and advice during sales meetings, calls, and webinars.
- Solution Design and Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and customize solutions based on the Ecamsecure platform.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, including detailed technical specifications, to address specific customer challenges.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
- Product Demonstration and Presentation:
- Lead live product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to highlight key features and functionalities of Ecamsecure.
- Customize presentations to align with the unique requirements of each client, emphasizing how Ecamsecure can solve their business problems.
- Use storytelling and real-world examples to make technical concepts accessible and engaging.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements.
- Follow up with clients post-demonstration to address any further technical queries and facilitate the sales process.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training to the sales team on the technical aspects of Ecamsecure, ensuring they are equipped to discuss the product confidently.
- Create and maintain a library of technical resources, including demo scripts, presentations, and FAQs, for use by the sales team.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in technology to maintain a deep understanding of the market.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the Ecamsecure platform and associated technologies through training and self-study.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of [relevant technologies, e.g., video streaming, networking, SaaS platforms, cloud services, etc.].
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to solve real-world customer challenges.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and presentation software (e.g., Salesforce, PowerPoint, Zoom).
- Communication and Presentation Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage an audience effectively, both in person and online.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with sales, product, and support teams to achieve common goals.
Compensation: $80,000 Annualized, Bonus Eligible
