reliable and compassionate Full-Time Transportion Aide/Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents are transported safely and comfortably to medical appointments, dialysis, and other scheduled outings.
This is primarily
Monday through Friday with flexible , with occasional weekend availability required based on resident needs and appointment schedules.
Key Responsibilities - Schedule the appointments of residents
- Safely transport residents to and from appointments and outings using a facility-provided vehicle
- Provide courteous, hands-on assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times
- Coordinate closely with nursing and administrative staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Uphold a strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and comfort
Requirements - Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a respectful and safe manner
- Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Previous computer experience required
