Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. This role will also assist other members of the team as needed, administratively, marketing, etc. Applicants should enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline our process. Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (Per Transaction Bonus Starting After 90 days)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Stipend Benefits
  • 3% matching retirement after 6 months of employment
Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 Expected First Year Earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • A valid Real Estate License is not required but preferred for this job
  • Experience in marketing, listing management, and contract to close is preferred
