Description Looking for candidates with product base co. experience 9 yrs (Min) - 15 yrs (Max)

We are looking for profiles with hands on exp with API documentation, who would also have technical knowledge on APIs, understanding of Java, web application concepts.

Job Requirements:

Technical Writer specializing in Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform, will play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive documentation that enables our users to effectively utilize our platform's features, functionalities & APIs. She/he will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Creation: Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and technical specifications for our DAM platform.

Content Maintenance: Regularly update existing documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes to the platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance at all times.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, UI/UX designers and ensure alignment on documentation requirements.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and testing of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the platform's functionality.

User Support: Assist users in troubleshooting issues by providing clear and concise documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to address common challenges and inquiries.

Training Materials: Develop training materials and resources, including online tutorials, video demos, and knowledge base articles, to facilitate user onboarding and adoption of the DAM platform.

Documentation Standards: Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and uniformity across all documentation

Education: Bachelors Degree
