Continuous interaction with clients, sales team and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand the challenges and gather key insights on product usage. Review existing functionalities, propose new solutions, and work as a liaison between the customer teams and internal development teams. Work on the feasibility of any enhancements with the technical team, suggesting work-arounds, finalizing the right approach for the enhancements, and working on the User Interface and User Experience for the enhancements. Be an active part of the software development iterations and ensure the solution meets the requirement and fits the products. Work as a Project Coordinator assisting Project Managers or the Engagement Director in ensuring the deliverables and other tasks for the project are on track. This includes leading scrum calls, planning release timeline and organizing the priorities within the internal team. Also involves demonstrating the solution/features to the client team and other stakeholders. Create necessary documentation for the solutions, SOPs for processes and process improvements, user guides and other documentation as necessary. Partner with customers to understand their functional and technical requirements, gathering key insights and document requirements in a clear, accurate, and meaningful manner. Perform systems analysis and research in support of requirements definition and prepare documents such as BRD, ERD, solution diagram, use case list, process flows, functional design, wireframe, user stories, data models etc. Perform data analysis to validate the data and clean it according to the user requirements. Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers and other key stakeholders to engineer and develop software solutions. Groom and estimate the user stories on Jira. Perform user acceptance testing acting as an internal client. Demonstrate the solution to the client and other stakeholders, obtain necessary feedback, and provide them necessary training on the solutions. Assist in all stages of the solution development during the life cycle of the feature/solution development. Perform data querying and data mapping work. Support implementation of CRM projects and/or business applications based on Salesforce (defined below) technologies. Support identifying and implementing process improvements and documenting SOPs for the same. Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies within the organization by playing the role of the Scrum master. Work in a fast paced environment and on multiple projects at a time, adapt to ever changing environments and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and business levels. Work with the following: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Tableau, GitHub, Rally, SharePoint, SQL, Salesforce, and VMWare. Other similar professional duties as necessary. M-F; 40 hrs/week. $157,061.00/annum. Require Master's in Management Information Systems or equivalent and 3 years' experience in the job offered or 3 years' experience as a Software Developer, Application Development Senior Analyst, or equivalent. Experience to include: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Tableau, GitHub, Rally, SharePoint, SQL, Salesforce, and VMWare; Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile/scrum methodology, and defining requirements; creating roadmap for multiple product management application releases; analyzing bugs in the capacity of an SME; cross-functional coordination across different business units; providing advice on information system strategy, policy, management, technology advancements, security and service delivery; conducting periodic meetings to resolve bottlenecks; identifying, documenting, and monitoring technology risks; performing in-depth technical research to suggest solutions and design, developing, and integrating systems. Relocation and travel to unanticipated locations within USA possible. In lieu of a Master's in Management Information Systems or equivalent and 3 years' experience, employer will accept a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems or equivalent and 5 years' experience.
