Overview

Surveillance Investigator

The Investigator primarily observes and reviews the Food and Beverage outlets via CCTV and Econnect software program.


Responsibilities

• Observe the Food and Beverage Department outlets to make sure they are following all policies and procedures.
• Document and organize required evidence, video, and other information to support violations noted during observations and investigations.
• Prepare final reports and other written documentation that support investigative findings and recommendations.
• Complete the above activities in a timely manner and according to policy and procedure

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English.Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows and other Windows-based applications required.
• Must be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage operations report writing and investigative techniques.
