What You Will Do

Location: Hybrid - in office 2-3 days a week required (Mountain View)

We are looking for a Staff Technical Recruiter with expertise in recruiting top talent across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Search technologies. As a key contributor to the talent acquisition team, you'll collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders to identify and hire world-class engineers, data scientists, and researchers. Your expertise in modern software engineering technologies will help you attract candidates who can contribute to Moveworks' mission of transforming enterprise workflows through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:
•Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier AI, ML, and Search talent, including software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts.
•End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for AI/ML and Search roles.
•Deep Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with passive and active candidates, showcasing Moveworks' vision and technical challenges in AI, ML, and Search technology.
•Partnership with Stakeholders: Work closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
•Market Expertise: Stay up to date on trends in AI, ML, and Search technology recruitment, including evolving salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive insights.
•Process Improvement: Continuously refine the recruiting process by leveraging feedback, data, and industry best practices to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and meet hiring targets.

Operational Rigor:
•Data-Driven Recruiting: Implement and maintain rigorous operational processes to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).
•ATS & CRM Management: Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to ensure data integrity.
•Pipeline Optimization: Create scalable and repeatable sourcing workflows that minimize bottlenecks and optimize efficiency within the talent pipeline.
•Reporting & Analysis: Regularly review recruitment data to provide insights into hiring trends, process bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, ensuring transparency and accountability across the team.
•Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to all recruiting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, while continually optimizing recruiting processes based on best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:
•Experience: 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in AI, ML, or Search-related roles.
•Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, search technologies, and their application in enterprise settings.
•Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical job requirements in AI, ML, and Search, and effectively communicate them to candidates.
•Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, particularly in highly competitive technical markets.
•Data-Driven Approach: Experience using recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness, improve processes, and report progress to stakeholders.
•Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present Moveworks' mission and technical challenges to candidates and stakeholders.

Compensation Ranges:

Tier A (SF Bay Area): Base Salary 170,000 - 200,000
