Job Title: Sr. Dynamics 365 Sales Developer
Contract Length: 5/26/2025 - 11/28/2025
Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days/week on-site; 2 days/week remote.
Pay Rate: $60-$62/hr.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform
  • Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines, ALM processes, and CI/CD
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven app development
  • Experience designing and configuring security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365
  • Proven ability to architect, develop, and support enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Experience working in an Agile or product-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certification in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or related areas (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, MB-210)
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for pipeline management and source control
  • Exposure to integration with external systems using APIs and custom connectors
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service is a plus

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Dynamics 365 Developer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our clients' business requirements.
2. Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Conducting business process analysis and creating custom solutions to address identified issues.
4. Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through final implementation.
5. Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features to provide innovative solutions to clients.
