Temporary Leasing Consultant (Residential)

Location: Austin, TX (On-site)

Start Date: Monday, June 30th

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant for a temporary residential property assignment. The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and be ready to hit the ground running with minimal training. This role is key to supporting day-to-day leasing operations, engaging with prospective tenants, and delivering excellent service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Accurately complete lease applications and related paperwork
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, and daily office operations
• Maintain knowledge of current availability and community features
• Support the property team with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Leasing experience is required (residential preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Immediate start is required
