The renewable and solar energy industry is BOOMING and so are we! Providential Marketing is currently seeking a Solar Energy Customer Service Agent with the motivation and drive to ensure that we align our customers with solar energy solutions that best meet their individual needs while making an impact on the environment. This position will be part of a state-wide initiative to help transition the utility grid to community solar energy through creative outreach campaigns to increase consumer enrollment. The Solar Energy Customer Service Agent will also have multiple opportunities to grow professionally as we expand our initiatives through their leadership, dedication, and hard work.

We are looking for a Solar Energy Customer Service Agent who exudes confidence, enthusiasm, and is highly skilled at communicating in order to build rapport with customers while representing our company's vision!

Our Solar Energy Customer Service Agent Responsibilities: 

• Establish and develop relationships with local decision-makers
• Develop and deliver proposals and presentations on renewable energy services to potential new clients 
• Become an expert in renewable energy and community solar farms 
• Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client rapport
• Educate potential and existing customers on solar energy solutions and ways to save money
• Confidently discuss options and close sales contracts
• Participate in company meetings to further education on solar energy initiatives

Our Solar Energy Customer Service Agent Qualifications: 

• A 4-year degree is a plus 
• Prior knowledge in Account Management, Sales, Solar Energy, or Customer Support
• Customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude
• Superb communication abilities both written and orally, with customers and staff
• Highly persuasive, self-disciplined & honest work ethic
• Confident in direct communication with consumers
• Effective time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills
