What You'll Do:

As a Social Services Assistant, you'll be the heart and soul of our social service programs. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

Teaming up with administration, medical, and nursing staff to ensure our residents' needs are met.
Reviewing and improving department policies and procedures.
Identifying and addressing the social and emotional needs of our residents.
Providing essential information about financial assistance programs to residents and families.
Consulting with staff and community agencies to develop effective social service programs.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Degree or in school to complete BSW.
Prior healthcare experience is a plus!
Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
