Job Details Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built software (Applicant Tracking System) called Jax! Our UI/UX Designer will be a key player in designing a top-class user interface within Jax, further equipping our Jobot Family to do what they do best – put good people in good jobs!
3 Things that are Needed for this Job:
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience
- Experience with design tools like react, and familiarity with front-end development
- Bachelors in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or similar preferred
3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of user needs
- Design the front end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS
