The Social Media Manager oversees Aventon's presence across all social media platforms. This role involves strategizing, curating, and managing published content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance to adjust strategies as needed. Please note that this role is on-site at our Brea, California headquarters.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users while fostering a positive community and adding value to the user's experience.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Solid understanding of content management, creative writing, and basic design principles.
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- An avid enthusiast for cycling or outdoor action sports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.

$65,000 - $100,000 a year
