Pay Range: $80.00 - $84.00 per hour
Job Summary: As a Senior UX Researcher, you will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, lead, and execute research in the connected sales space, focusing on AI-driven tools to enhance the sales cycle. Your role involves analyzing and synthesizing data from various research methodologies to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Additionally, you would work closely with stakeholders to inform product strategies and roadmaps, guide architectural design tasks, and support design direction through comprehensive usability testing.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and lead cross-functional research initiatives to understand agent needs in connected sales environments.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to generate actionable insights for improving employee experiences.
- Partner with stakeholders to inform product strategy and roadmap with validated research findings.
- Guide architectural design tasks (user flows, wireframing) to communicate design opportunities.
- Conduct early concept to summative usability testing to support design direction.
Must-Have Skills: - Strong expertise in leading and conducting research for web-based and mobile apps.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Domain/Industry Experience Required: - Preference for candidates with a background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience in high-tech or complex technical environments is highly beneficial.
Additional Note: While expertise with User Testing, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop are required for conducting research, skills in Figma and Miro can be accommodated as learn-on-the-job elements. This position is flexible regarding the location and time zone, with no necessity for onsite presence or specific travel requirements. A Mac will be provided for the successful candidate.
