This position is for the Lead Document Controller, and it requires consistency of attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is processed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner. This position specifically requires this staff member to be the Interim Document Control Supervisor when the Supervisor is not available which includes supervising any subordinates that are within the Document Control department.

•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC PRO
•Ability to create, organize, track and maintain documents within a document control management system
•Ability to prepare, review, and circulate forms, correspondence, transmittals, and other documentation
• Perform technical duties including, but not limited to, scanning hard-copy documents, renaming electronic files per project requirements, checking revision, formatting, issue status requirements of hard-copy and electronic documents
•Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• May edit project work processes and templates to be submitted for approval
• Pending Lead discretion, may have the authority to release documents without a more senior position to quality check
•Ability to support internal expediting of documents to be reviewed, subcontractor/supplier documents being reviewed by EOR or any other part of the document life cycle
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
•Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Able to type quickly and accurately
• Able to write, speak and read English proficiently
•Other duties as assigned
