Description

This position is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana with a hybrid remote schedule of up to 2 days remote/week is available upon successful onboarding.

What you will be doing:
  • Employee Relations
    • Serves as the primary human resource business partner for our Headquarters and US Remote employees managing the full employee life cycle.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • In collaboration with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Team, support all activities of the recruiting process including Intake Meetings, interview candidates, strategize the employer brand, and complete pre-screening and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Compensation
    • Administer Franklin Electric compensation programs with strong collaboration with management and payroll team. Support company compensation projects.
  • Organization Design
    • Support development and execution of organizational design with business partners including change management principles.
  • Learning & Development
    • Support company training programs. Administer the talent and performance management activities for supported groups.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, leadership development or a related field (required).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in human resources (required). Preferred in a corporate headquarters environment.
  • HRCI or SHRM certification (preferred).
  • Understanding of Federal and State employment laws, investigation skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, worker's compensation, immigration, payroll, HIPAA and safety.
