JOB DESCRIPTION:

Questar III BOCES has a full-time opening for the position of Senior Clerk to support our Central Office in Castleton, NY. Responsibilities will include scheduling and tracking meetings, budget management, such as processing purchase orders, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills, as well as have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. They should be able to multitask in a busy office work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma with at least one year of clerical / administrative support experience. (Per Civil Service requirements). Please apply by emailing your resume to employment@questar.org .
