Salary: $80 - $160 per hour
A bit about us: We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Consulting SAP S/4 Finance Lead to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is critical to our organization as we continue to leverage technology to streamline our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 Finance and a proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and ERP implementations. This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead and influence the financial operations of our organization, working closely with a team of dedicated professionals.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 Finance solutions to enhance our financial operations and reporting capabilities.
2. Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 Finance projects, including planning, system design, implementation, testing, training, and support.
3. Collaborate with various teams to understand their financial needs and translate them into system requirements.
4. Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts using SAP S/4 Finance.
5. Streamline financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging SAP S/4 Finance to provide real-time financial data and insights.
6. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the SAP S/4 Finance system.
7. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP S/4 Finance system.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 Finance updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with SAP S/4 Finance.
3. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP implementation.
4. Deep understanding of financial processes and systems, specifically SAP S/4 Finance.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system and process issues.
10. SAP S/4 Finance certification is a plus.
