Collaborate with marketing and your market leader to identify your target customer and how to land that customer effectively and efficiently. Act as the main point of contact to the customer for their flooring needs and deliver a platinum-level customer experience. Meet with customers for free in-home consultation. Follow current sales and workflow systems/processes or help produce ones that are more efficient. Attend fairs and expos. Find beneficial networking functions and attend their events.
