We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious research assistant to join our team.
The Research Administrator (RA) will have Chinese Mandarin language skills and graduate level experience performing academic research. RA will hold a MA/MS or have a BA/BS and extensive research experience. He/she will be responsible for procuring, evaluating and organizing research materials in a library setting. Work includes cataloging of Chinese newspapers, periodicals, publications and both online and offline research venues to aid the research efforts. Occasional translation work required. RA will help locate, compile and organize research materials to assist professional faculty members. The ideal candidate is mandarin-speaker with MA/MS seeking entry level position in academic field. Full time or significant part time work available. Clearance: Secret clearance required
