We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned, in-house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. We aim to optimize the lifespan and healthspan of all our members through meticulous screening and tailored interventions to prevent, reverse, or manage all major chronic diseases.
Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance and movement, and more. Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
As a registered nurse at Atria, you will be providing personalized, exceptional health care to our members. Your essential job duties will include the following:
Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care.
Providing Home Care Services for minor procedures, such as insertion of peripheral IV for medication administration, vaccinations, and phlebotomy techniques as prescribed/ordered under a physician's direction.
Perform point-of-care testing in the home such as rapid covid, flu, and strep testing
Perform sample collections and processing utilizing the medical testing machines located at the institute
Accompany and assist physicians as needed on home visits
Augment telehealth visits under the direction of the evaluating physician
Flexibility to assist with related nursing duties as needed at the Institute (located in Manhattan)
Flexibility to perform administrative, and clerical tasks outside the routine scope of practice
Assist with maintaining mobile clinical equipment bags and kits as needed under the direction of the home services logistics and operational team
Is competent to provide personalized high quality care to all populations
Maintains a high-quality workforce to assist in the achievement of the Organization’s Mission.
Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials
Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
Requirements
Current NYS Registered Nursing License
2+ years’ experience as a practicing RN with regular experience in phlebotomy and IV placement
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
