To The Hester Group, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been licensed for 10 years or 10 days - with our proven training program, we can teach you how to not only develop your own personal lead generation - but how to use the live tour connections we receive from our partners to grow your business even faster. Our agents are able to 2-3 escrows a month within their first 90 days on the team - all thanks to our system.

Our onboarding training is second to none. Your first 4 days with our company, we put you through an intensive onboarding where we teach you a hyper linear skillset; take leads from our channel partners, and turn them into appointments - how to conduct a badass buyer/seller consultation - and lastly, how to master the contract. All with the goal of getting you into production within 1 week. Continued training after onboarding happens 5 days a week, we have some form of tactical training happening both over zoom in the office. Topics like roleplays, listing appointment prep, closing classes, you name it, we do it.

Our Ask From You:

  • Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
  • Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
  • Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
  • Stay available to all your clients when they need you.
  • Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
