Salary: $15-$18 with flexibility for experienced employees

Our Charlotte branch needs you as a Night Shift Associate Pressure Washing Technician! We have great team members on the job who will show you the ropes and handle the technical knowledge so you have time to learn. You bring the positive attitude and coachability, and we'll make you an expert.

Compensation:

• Weekly pay!
• The ability to grow into a salary role with bonus options averaging $50K - $58K/ annually. Holiday and PTO on top of that.
• 401K with matching available

HINT: If considering another job, ask that potential employer and SOR these questions:

- A valid NC Driver's License/ reliable legal transportation to our warehouse

Essential duties:

• Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another. Therefore, we require all team members MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION to the SOR warehouse/ job site location.
• Driver's license highly preferred for this posting (some of the leadership roles require driving, so drivers have more paths available)
  
• Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 3 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
• Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
  

The priorities of SOR Pressure Washing Technicians are:

1. SAFETY and OSHA compliance 
2. Effective and professional communication with management, peers, and clients
3. Quality of work – getting the job done correctly
4. Efficiency and Timeliness – getting the job done on schedule (you make more here when you're accurate AND efficient!)
   
5. Trustworthiness - the ability to perform work without micromanagement or hand-holding
6. Coachability - able to absorb training from the experts we provide (You are working directly with experts- not just for orientation and initial training!)

$16 - $18/ hour for those with little to no experience - we will train you! There's room to grow - and quickly. New technicians moving to Lead Technician via training and promotion become salaried employees with guaranteed base plus bonus pay.

($18-$19/hour+ for those with advanced experience the company needs. Salary options for Lead Technician level. 90% of our Lead Technicians are internal hires!)
