PMU/MICROBLADING STYLIST AT THE LASH LOUNGE MURFREESBORO - THE AVENUE
OUR CULTURE: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for eyelash extensions with 130 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of lash and brow services including extensions, perming, tinting, brow lamination, threading and more. And now we have a dedicated PMU room at our newest location in Murfreesboro. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge Murfreesboro - The Avenue, they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident. WHO WE ARE HIRING: We are looking for a highly motivated licensed tattoo artist and cosmetologist/esthetician who is interested in joining our team as a PMU/Microblading Artist, and ideally, a Lash Stylist, as well.

- Candidates for this position will have exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create an inviting and informative environment for our guests. A minimum of one years PMU experience with portfolio of at least 20 high-quality examples of microblading, powder, lips and eyeliner. Valid Tennessee Tattoo Artist License required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create an excellent, spa-like experience for every guest through the application of our services
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Thoroughly conduct guest consultation prior to service application, and take notes in guest charts for future tracking
- Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked
- Helps at promotional events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
- Valid State Tattoo License
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered
- Well organized, detail oriented
- Exhibits sound judgement
- Strong work ethic
- Forms strong working relationships with team
- Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others
- Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement
