Title: Performance Tester/Load Test Analyst

Duration: 6 Months CTH with Conversion Salary 105k max.

Visa: Must be a US Citizen or Green-Card Holder able to obtain a Public Trust. Preferably EST/CST timezone)

Location: 100 % Remote with East Coast Hours.

Main Requirements:

Must have experience with CMS, ideally Medicare Claims data

Must be a US Citizen or Green-Card Holder

Must live in the United States (Preferably EST/CST timezone)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards.

Create automated load test scripts to be used for Release specific and Regression load tests of MSPSC systems.

Develops and implements software/systems load testing standards and procedures, and conducts performance testing.

Provides guidance and work leadership to Quality Assurance personnel, and may have supervisory responsibilities.

Prepares load test data to satisfy test scenarios.

Creates and presents load test report with DevOps, AWS, Development and other technical teams. Maintains/gains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

3+ years of experience creating JMeter, VUGen performance test scripts and performing test execution on AWS systems and on Performance Center.

3+ years of experience with Micro Focus Performance test tools; including Virtual User Generator (VuGen), LoadRunner Suite, and Performance Center. Knowledge of JMeter, cloud based platforms and automation testing is highly desirable. These include DLTA (Distributed Load Testing on AWS), and JMeter.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in load testing of UI Applications.

Proficiency in the use of one or more specific technologies, depending on job assignment.

Proficiency in script recording, correlation using JMeter and VUGen.

Proven ability to handle simultaneous assignments.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with other testers and developers.

Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of cloud based platforms and load testing; DLTA (Distributed Load Testing on AWS), and JMeter.
