Patient Care Coordinator - Voice of the Company (Sales/Lead Conversion)

At Breakaway Physical Therapy , we don’t just treat symptoms – we help people get back to the activities they love. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to become the Voice of the Company . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for building strong relationships by truly understanding their goals and showing how our personalized therapy can help them achieve long-term success.
As an out-of-network clinic, we offer a unique approach to care, and it’s your job to guide patients through their journey, helping them feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities :
  • Engage with potential clients, asking thoughtful questions to uncover their health challenges and the goals they want to achieve, whether it’s running, yoga, or just being able to go about their day without issues
  • Use active listening to build strong, trusting relationships, offering Breakaway’s personalized services as solutions to help clients achieve their life goals
  • Convert leads into scheduled appointments, ensuring patients are fully informed and comfortable with the care they’ll receive
  • Follow up with potential clients who may need more information, providing the support and guidance they need to make a confident decision
  • Track and improve lead conversion metrics, contributing to the clinic’s growth
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact through ongoing care
Ideal Candidate :
  • Sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and understanding client needs
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and connect their goals to our services
  • Experience working in healthcare or wellness is a plus, but not required
  • Confidence in discussing out-of-network services and payment structures while maintaining trust and clarity
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads while maintaining a personal touch with each potential client
Compensation :
  • Base Pay : $22-$28/hour depending on experience
  • Bonus Structure : Additional commission based on lead conversion rates, allowing for total compensation up to $60,000+ annually
  • Benefits : Health insurance, Retirment Plan, Paid Vacation Time, Paid Sick Time, and bonuses for hitting performance milestones
