Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required.
Essential Responsibilities: - Maintain a home-like environment that is safe, clean, healthy, orderly and conducive to recovery
- Encourage and assist with training and educating residents to perform household and personal duties to promote self-sufficiency
- Consult and cooperate with provider staff, other agencies, or others who are involved with providing services to residents
- Identify risk factors involving potential crisis situations
- Reinforce Recovery Home program structure and rules
- Provide case management services for coordination of care and client advocacy
- Identify and monitor service plan goals for Recovery Home clients
- Transport clients in agency vehicle to local community resources and Rosecrance outpatient treatment
- Document all services provided in electronic and/or written format
Position Purpose: Recovery Home Specialists directly supervise clients who are residing in a Rosecrance facility seeking a sober living environment. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 24 hours/week
- Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
Work Location: Rosecrance Woodstock Recovery Home - Woodstock, IL
