The Opportunity: CACI has will have an opening for an Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean Engineer to support engineering and planning efforts for Submarine Rescue and Mobility platforms at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) in Kittery, Maine.
Responsibilities: \n - Develop, create and review Job Summaries and Task Group Instructions (TGIs)
\n - Assist with other Deficiency Form problems and preparing Sales Costs estimates.
\n - Support of 688 Class and 774 Class Submarine engineering and Deep Submergence projects
\n
\n
Qualifications: Required
\n - Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean engineering degree from an ABET Accredited College/University (other degree disciplines may be considered)
\n - 10 years' experience with submarine and/or deep submergence systems
\n - Knowledge of US Navy Shipyard applications including AIM
\n - Professional engineering experience performing complex engineering calculations such as heat transfer, fluid flow, piping stress, mechanical stress etc.
\n - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and experience with MS Office suite of products.
\n - Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment.
\n - Well-developed interpersonal skills
\n - Attention to detail.
\n - Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.

Desired:
\n - Related submarine / submersible experience with design, maintenance, operations, repair and/or testing
\n - Electrical power background (NSTM 300)
\n - Familiarity with Military Specifications, ANSI and ASME standards
\n - Experience with configuration management and document control
\n - Ability to achieve excellence working individually or as part of a team

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,800 - $199,100
