Experienced Gutter Installer
 $18–$24/hr (based on experience)

Exterior Source is a locally owned and operated home remodeling company with 30+ years in Hampton Roads/Tidewater. We’re hiring an experienced gutter installer (2+ years) who wants steady work in the local area and a company that respects both its customers and its crew—clear communication, safe work practices, quality workmanship, and support to grow.
Pay, schedule & benefits

• $18–$24/hour based on experience
• Full-time; overtime as needed

What you’ll do

• Install, replace, and repair gutters and gutter protection systems on residential homes
• Measure, cut, and fit materials; safely use hand/power tools
• Work safely from ladders of varying heights and follow safety procedures
• Provide professional customer service and respect the homeowner’s property
• Document job notes/photos and closeouts in the company CRM (phone/tablet)
• Communicate job updates and completion status with the office, and keep homeowners informed of job progress

Requirements

• 2+ years gutter installation and/or exterior construction experience
• Valid driver’s license; 18+ years old
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all seasons/extreme weather
• Able to lift/carry 50+ lbs and carry materials up/down ladders
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and basic CRM technology
• Reliable, detail-oriented, team player; strong communication skills
• OSHA and/or ladder safety training preferred
