The Painter performs interior and exterior brush, roller, and/or spray painting to maintain facilities in state of good repair throughout our seven hotel locations including Everett, WA, SeaTac, WA, Puyallup, WA, Tacoma, WA and Portland OR. Painting industry standards. Skills and Ability to: Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities according to work schedule. Understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions. Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency. Education and Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position, completion of formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of training and experience. License: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
