Job Title: Corporate Contracts Coordinator Location: Waltham, MA (hybrid 3x per week on site) Pay Range: $25-30/hour (6 month contract to hire) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Document management and processing for signatures Q&A on documents getting signed Reviewing NDAs Handling quick tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Must-Haves: 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a corporate legal role Corporate law experience (excluding family, finance, or immigration law) Nice-to-Haves: Experience in the tech industry (though not working with licenses in this role) Salesforce or related ticketing system experience Ideal Candidate: Could be a legal assistant in a corporate environment or a law firm Preference for someone with corporate experience, but law firm experience is also acceptable if they can get up and running quickly Insight Global
